Odd tranny issue, am I on my way to 3rd gear problems?

I see all this discussion about 3rd gear not taking properly, and I don't have that specific issue (at least not yet... *crosses fingers*).

I have a '08 Civic Si Sedan, about 3 months old and 3k miles.

Recently I've noticed that my 1-2 and 2-3 shifts take more force to engage than the other gears. My 1-2 shift takes the most force, and there's an audible "clunk" as the gears engage, even with full clutch. 2-3 is slightly less force, and a slightly less audible "clunk", but it's still there. The other gears don't give extra resistance or noise. This happens whether the engine/tranny is cold or warm, my average shift point at 3000 rpm.

Odd thing is, when I'm fully stopped (like a red light), I can fully clutch in and flip through the gears without any unusual resistance or sounds.

I'm wondering if it's the symptoms of a future 3rd gear issue, damaged synchros, or something else going on with my transmission.

I have had my 07 Si Since last august and little by little starting getting my gears to start feeling weird. It got to the point that gears 1 2 & 3 were really hard to get them to go in. I called my dealer and scheduled an appointment. Took it in. They test drove it and they of course like any other dealer " could not duplicate the problem"

Finally they were able to just change the transmission fluid. The gears now are fine. they felt super good once they put it in. Its been about two weeks and they have gone from Super good to just being OK. Not as crisp as they were. but are fine. Hopefully they dont get any worse.

if i were you, i'd get rid of the MTF.. get Amsoil or GM synchomesh, or royal purple. those are all pretty good and should help you prolong the life of your tranny.. a little anyway. and then when honda gets a fix, if they ever.. get it
