Engine Spudder! HELP please!!

ok for the last month or so at idle my car is fine then fairly often while ideling the rpms drop drasticly and the car will almost stall it dosent stall but comes close. Following the spudder the rpms will raise to maybe 1.5 2k then return to the natrual idle. Any ideas anyone. All input is welcome. Thank you in advance
Steps i have taken in attempt to fix
1. Fuel system cleaning
2. Cleaned Intake manifold
3. Cleaned throttle bottle
4. Ran DIGNOSTIC says my car running rich (odd)
I have CAI, test pipe, and exhuast if these have any bearing on this issue.
I HAVE DISCOVERD THE PROBLEM AND IT IS IM AN IDIOT WHILE DOING SOME WORK TO MY EXHUAST (ADDING HANGERS) I NOTICED MY INTAKE FILTER WAS COMPLETLY OFF THE TUBEING!!!!!!!! I PUT IT BACK ON TIGHT AND RESET THE ECU STARTED HER UP SHE RAN PERFECTLY

Yeah, I dont know why it took so long, but I'm pretty sure thats the reason. I knew right away that you had the AEM though.

if it was every time i would say it is a idle control censor, my old prelude would do it when i was at a stop it would rev from 1k- 4k poeple would look at me stupid like i was always wanting to race.

I bet cops loved that! I had a faulty horn switch on my camaro. When it got loose it would honk my horn throughout every left turn.

the same thing happened to my old rsx-s and i had an aem v2 intake(with a evo2 and dcrh) on it ... i tried a couple of different things but someone said that i might have done some internal damage to the engine ... cuz my revs would drop really bad like it was gonna stall and it was runnin really rich too .. you could smell it ... have you been drivin it hard or bouncin off the rev limiter?

i drive semi hard i v-tec daily but i dont push to 8.2 unless racing an rarely even then do i even hit the limiter i have it timed well i do have the cat eliminated and it does this id say 95% of the time when i come to a stop not constantly but it will sit there for 10-15 secs then happen then 30 secs with nothing or sum times every 7-10 seconds never actually stalls

Put you stock intake back on before you cause any damage.
