Vibrant exhaust vs. Skunk2 mega power exhaust

I have a skunk2 mega power exhaust on my fg2, and a friend of mine sold his vibrant exhaust to me because he was in need of money. Now my question is should i keep my skunk2 exhaust on and sell the vibrant, or keep the vibrant and sell my skunk2. Does anybody have any dynos or any 8th civic wisdom and or experience with these exhaust systems. Thanks a ton! david

Difference in gains would be negligible. If you like the skunk2, keep it. If you want a more mellow, albeit deep sound, try out the vibrant.

if you have the 70mm id keep that on, cant go wrong with either but i perfer the Skunk2 cause its louder and has better gains from what iv seen if its a 70mm.

A lot depends on how much sound you want. Both systems are great. If I were not concerned about sound too much and had a race header and a S/C, I would go with the Skunk2.

If my motor were stock and I just wanted a nice little gain with some awesome sound in VTEC, I would go with the Vibrant.

Either way, you have two great systems to choose from.

Shoot, that is brand new since mine came from the factory with a few small dents in the resonator! Why not throw the Vibrant on for grins since you've got it in hand? Then you'd become the A-u-t-h-o-r-i-t-y on Skunk2 vs. Vibrant!
