clutch noise?

so i let my dad drive my car one day, and when he got back he told me the clutch was making noises? before they weren't making any noises but now they are.

so then after he told me this i went for a quick drive, i didn't notice any noises.

now today i went out and i started to hear noises when i let off the clutch.
then about 2 hours later it stopped.

anyone know why this is happening? has this happen to any yet? i have about 92-- miles on my si.

if you could give a description of the sound, is it oscilating, rpm dependant, clutch position dependant, stuff like that.

well its more like when i drive; say im going from 1st to 2nd (pushing the clutch all the way in) and when i let off the clutch thats when i hear/feel it. but thats letting it off slowly, no riding the clutch.

so another senerio would be me taking off in 2nd then going to 3rd, and letting off slowly so i don't stall and the car doesn't jerk.

its on and off so idk whats going on?

Do you take off in 2nd from a dead stop? I'm sure the car doesn't like that.

Yeah mine did the same thing when the weather got hot. My buddy is a certified ASE mechanic and he told me the same thing lube and it fixed the problem.
