Shaking at high speeds

Hey guys, I just got new wheels and Rims installed today..and whenever I go at 100+ my stearing wheel starts to shake..any reason why? Maybe the wheels still need to break in or something like that, Cuz I never got shaking with my old wheels!...Thanks! =)

what size is your wheel set up? tire sizes too

dont go 100+ and your wheel wont shake. easy as that

Have you balanced your wheels? Did you torque all lug nuts properly?

My new tire is 225/40/18 I have 18" I believe they are balanced and and torque properly, the shop I got it from did that, they put it through a machine. and yes refering to 100+ km/h.

just take it back to the shop and tell them the your car is shaking at 100+kmh. there are like 4 different ways to balance a wheel & tire depending on the wheel. what wheels do you have??

Take it back, sounds like it isn't properly balanced.

Definitely take it back to the shop to see if they can fix the issue (FREE OF CHARGE). You aren't using any sort of spacer are you? Could be a balance issue. Could be an alignment issue.

you need hub centric rings. simple as that!
