the smaller pvc hard line is the upper coolant outlet port to the throttle body inlet port

I got it to work now. There was a hose going from where 2 should've gone to where 4 should've gone which really got me confused. I did lose alot of coolant though cause I couldn't get the hose to stay on but its all good now. Thanks for your help guys
