Electrical Mayhem!

We were installing a radio tonight. With the battery connected, (doh!) WE cut the constant and the gound and heard a fuse pop. Fuse 35 (radio) was popped, so we replaced it.

Now, Keyless entry, power door lock (not unclock) and the stereo do not work.

Stereo constant was connected to the battery, still no workey.

Everything else in the car works, and no other fuses under the dash are popped whatsoever.

fu8k my life.

Respectfully,
Mikey

(if all else fails, i guess i can take it to the dealer. but i ******* hate the mother ******* ***** who work there.)

Did you check all the fuses under the hood and in the cabin.

*Relays are all under the hood, drivers side, behind the Ecu, beside the fender and brake fluid resevoir, can't miss it. Also contain fuse remover, and extra fuses*

***Hind sight is 20/20*** Not even gonna go say...

D'oh

it's your "backup" -- that's it's labeled name -- fuse in the fuse box under the hood. I believe it's a 5 amp fuse, just pull it out and it should be blown.
