Intake Manifold Gasket

My si is stock for now... but im gonna go with a Injen cold air soon... and put on my p2r tbs.... would a thermal intake manifold gasket also help me out in power to the motor or no?

No. Parts like a intake manifold gasket will not increase power. You will merely keep your intake manifold cooler, thus improving the efficiency of your engine.

The TBS, TB gaskets and IMG have proven 2-3 hp on a dyno.......so it helps, but just a little.

Ive done 2 and helped with 2. Its somewhat of a pain to install. But its much better than the stock gasket
