? About a spring bolt...

So I was installing my r/t hi-flow cat today and I snapped one of the spring bolts and half of the bolt is in the header. My question is what size do I need to get length wise, and how much should it cost for someone like midas to fix it if I purchase the bolt and bring it to them...
