Asking for help with cabin noise

I have the infamous passenger side cabin noise issue. It is not due to cold weather, as the noise happens on cold and warm days alike. I have also determined that the noise is not being caused by the plastic molding around the windshield, nor is it being caused by loose passenger chair anchor bolts. In another thread, someone stated that Honda techs from Canada diagnosed the noise as being caused by loose bolts on a bracket underneath a kick-plate on the passenger side.

I have determined that the noise in my car is being caused by something underneath the passenger side kick-panel, most likely due to the same issue. I have a 2007 LX, so I am not sure which bracket to check. In the other thread someone said it was the ECU bracket, but I thought that the ECU is located in the engine compartment.

Does anyone have any additional information on this? Better yet, does anyone have any pictures of the offending bracket that has loose bolts? Thanks for your help and advice on this?
