Rattle from dash with Max A/C setting

My dash makes a noise like there is a paper streamer in the vents when it is set on Max A/C. It gets worse if I close the side vents. Anybody else have this issue?

YES!

I don't have to have mine on MAX AC though. As long as it's on AC and the fan is turned all the way up, it sounds like there's a piece of paper caught on the fan and it's being hit at every spin rapidly. The sound, at least for me fluctuates - when it's REALLY hot outside and I crank the AC it's really loud - when it's not so hot and I crank the AC, it's not as loud. It primarily sounds like it is coming from around the center vents.

I think that mine isn't doing it as loudly now, but I might be getting used to it.

It honestly was so bad that I had someone get in my car and say something about that "weird noise" my fan was making.

Yep, got that on mine. I've got a laundry list going for things to bring up the next time I take my car in. This is one of them.

My dealership had this issue on an EX model... guess how the problem was fixed? They replaced the ENTIRE DASH!!

It DID fix the noise, but.... DAMN! I don't want this to happen to mine! I hope honda comes out with a TSB for this....
