Smile New Seats?

Ok, I searched around and couldn't really find anything solid on seats for our cars...So the question of the day for me is are there racing seats for our cars? I searched SparcoUSA and they don't do a search for specific models of cars...really interested in this...

I apologize now if this has already been covered and if it has can someone please give me a link

?

Are you set on racing seats? Or do you just want something that looks nicer...a few people on here have gotten their interior redone in leather by Katskinz (Katzkins?), and you can pick any color combinations you like...the one's I've seen looked really good.

Don't know if you'd be interested in that or not, just FYI.

ok, next question with this...

If I order new seats, what about the sensors that are connected to the stock seats?

You can put racing seats on any car. Sparco, Recaro, Seibon. Anything. You just need to buy the seats, and then the rails. You take out your stock seats and then screw on the rails. Then just bolt on the seats onto the rails. Make sure to buy racing seatbelts as well.

As for the other question, the airbags will work, just the light wont be on. But you will be safe if anything happens.

The side airbags are in our seats, if you don't have the seats in they won't be there.

who cares about side airbags. If you crash with racing seats dont worry about your sides. The racing seat will hold you in place if you get swung to the side lol
