07 Si - electronic buzzing noise - anyone?

so im getting this electronic buzzing noise while on the freeway, while lightly tapping the gas, press more gas, noise accellerates along with it - im sure it happens at almost all speeds, but its annoying me the most on the frwy going 70-80 coasting light on the gas.

if anyone is familiar with that radio/engine buzzing noises in the mid 90's eclipse you know what i mean. - only in the Si, it happens whether the radio is on or off, no other electrical accessories affect the noise.

just wondering if anyone else has heard this problem before i start taking stuff apart. also getting some kind of ticking noise from under the dash underneath the steering wheel, sound comes out of the left drivers vent and sounds like a quiet version of a baseball card in bicycle spokes. these 2 annoying noises start to piss me off on my 400+ mile trips, not too even mention all the damn rattling from the rear tray and sunroof and other panels.

let me know if anyone else is having these problems or heard strange things - i'd like to know any solutions or whatever
