Time to write a nice long letter to Honda Corporate with a list of issues, documentation proving the issues, pictures, and any other evidence u may have gathered. Send it Certified mail, so someone at the home office is forced to sign for it. Pay for delivery confirmation from the USPS so that you know it was delivered. And just for fun... at the lower left hand of the letter, show how a copy was also sent to an attorney

I did just that with Dell. Needless to say, I had a top dog call me in a few days, and the situation worked out

Whats the problem? Every problem you had has been fixed. It is a first year prodution, and most were recalls.

Wow dude, that sucks. NO new car should be out of service that often. I've had better luck with 15 year old cars than that.

In the state of MA if your car is out of service for 15 or more buisness days or 3 or more trips to the dealer for one problem then it can be considered a lemon and you can proceed with lemon law. PA is probrably similar. Check out lemonlaw.com, they helped me get some money last spring, and they serve PA too.

Honda has admitted there is a problem with your car by replacing your transmission fluid 6 times, you have a valid case there, along with all the days you have not had your car.

Your problems remind me of a story that I think happened in MA. A guy was pissed off at a dealer for a deal he got with his car so he drove back at night, put a brick on the accelerator and let the car smash into the showroom. The car caught on fire and burned down the whole dealership and a lot of the cars on the lot.

I fully understand first year problems, but i just couldnt take it anymore. My case manager is not proving to be the most helpful person in the world. And, due to age and milage i not longer fall under any lemon law

Damn, I totally forgot about the timeframe when lemon law is valid, I was thinking in terms of warranty, which is wrong.

You must be doing something really off if you're having all these problems. Are you dipping your car in acid or something?!?!? Sorry about that bro. The easiest solution would be to sell the car and get something else. I have had 2 Si's and not one of these problems except for the infamous third gear grind (in both cars) was present. Sorry about that.

Lemon law is valid in the case of the exact same problem. It has to be significant, in this case a third gear grind is very significant however, if the dealership cannot replicate the problem, then you're out of luck. 4 times and your out in California. However, I was going through the lemon law on my 06' Si and let me tell you how long it took with Honda. It's better to just sell your car and get a new one.

Q: How may mph were you over?

I'm a couple over but it's probably because of the tires. I keep switching
