Very Nice. Im definitely going to do this now that I will have to take off the bumper.

The only bad thing is that pictures of my car might end up in the Ricer thread

I never realized until now, how much crap we have on our freeways out here in Cali to get the condenser punctured twice.

I found a condenser on line for $95 shipped.
On which website did you find the condenser for $95?

So your A/C system hasn't been a sealed system for over a year?
I have heard that if you wait too long, moisture will get in to the system ,whether it's going to cost more to flush it out I don't know.

DOH! are you serious? All from a tiny rock piercing the condenser?

That's what I was told, but it does make sense ,may be someone more knowledgeable about a/c system can chime in and shed some light on the subject.

Should only take an hour or so to do and could save you hundreds of dollars if your car is a daily driver on a busy interstate like mine is. $6 dollars for the 1/4" galvanised hardware cloth (mesh) and I had the ty-wraps laying around.
Standing up and looking down at the car from 5 - 8 feet away, the deep grill slots make the mesh hard to see. Farther away, it is still hard to see.

Used your instructions today on my MT 07 NHBP LX Sedan. Looks reasonable, and should save my condenser from any rocks. Thanks!

I did this today after replacing my condenser...the condenser install was pretty easy.

I used zip ties instead of tap screws. also i painted the mesh flat black to hide it alittle. hopefully this doesn't happen again.

also, did the lexan lens replacement. foglights

:)
