After getting 3rd gear fixed... 1st to 2nd grinding

Ok, so some of you might've seen my other posts that 3rd gear would grind, and I kept going to a bunch of Honda dealers until one dealer fixed the syncro under warranty.

To be safe I put amsoil MTF, and for a year there were no grinds, no notchiness.

Lately, though, 3rd gear is notchy again from 2nd to 3rd. Fortunately it has never grinded or popped out, so that's not bad. But the worst thing I'm noticing lately is that it doesn't want to get into 2nd gear from 1st. The conditions this has been happening is:

1) Doesn't matter if it's warm or cold
2) Occurs only when shifting at redline
3) Occurs even when clutch pedal is FULLY pushed down
4) Occurs even after car itself has been thoroughly warmed up
5) It's a soft, mushy grind as opposed to a hard, pop-out grind as what had happened with 2nd to 3rd
6) It doesn't pop-out, but simply refuses to go in. Waiting for revs to go down usually solves the issue.

I thought I was free from tranny troubles, and this starts happening. The first couples times it happened I figured it was driver error, but this morning I KNOW I did everything right.

I've got the same deal man. Had my 2nd-3rd synchros replaced as well as third gear bout 6 months ago and mine is already starting to have the same symptoms it did before the new stuff. I know its not my driving cause I am not hard on the transmission at all. Sure i wind it out to vtec but i never shift hard. Hell this tranny is to delicate for that.

The thing is, i'm already at the 30k mark so my warranty is running out fast. If I need it fixed I'll need it fixed quickly.

When shifting from 1st to 2nd at redline you need to wait about a second or two and then put it in 2nd or it will grind. Happens to mines as welll.

The thing is, I don't think I should have to wait, it chaps my hide that this is an issue. Pondering whether to bring to the dealer. Since I got so much crap the first time around, really dreading going through that ordeal again.

just to warn you...right before my tranny grenaded last weekend, my 2nd was acting up...wouldnt go into gear, grinding, etc. Then it sounded like rocks in a dryer...

Now it's getting a whole new trans installed.

You guys think I should take it to the dealer? FYI Amsoil MTF was put in like 15k miles ago, so it's way too soon for a tranny fluid flush. It's not as horrible as the 3rd gear grind I had, but it's annoying nonetheless.
