Odd cold cranking

Hello all!

I just bought my 08 civic back at the beginning of this year. I noticed that when I crank the car after letting it sit there for a few cold days undriven, it makes this kind of hiccupy, coughing sound, quiet, then the usual "starting" sound. It didn't manifest itself for the first 2 weeks after me buying the car because its been unseasonably warm this winter.

I'm wondering if anyone else on this forum is experiencing this or if its something that I should bring into the dealer to have it inspected.
