exposed wires under the dash

i just got an avantguard 5 put into my SI. I suspect the alarm isnt working right. i just took a look under the dash and saw many wires just spliced.....

spliced and just hanging there, not in a cripped into a plastic butt nor taped or any attach to anything just the wire hanging out. many wires are like this....at least 12-15 of them.....

I already went to this place and complained about other things, the guy just said make a list and bring it back and they will take a look


my question is, are wires just suppose to be cut and hanging there, the ends of the wires arent taped, or put into a butt....

by the way....where do many of your alarm sirens get mounted to?

this placed called Car tronics local place here in FL. they have a few shops

they usually work with really nice cars too and some cars from the honda dealership

but i think i got screwed

Im going there in a few to complain.

are some wires not suppose to be hooked up to anything?
some of the wires arent sticking out a lot from the rubber insolation but still not tied up at the end or anything
