foglights + A/C problem

so i got my foglight and hids installed like 2 months ago and everything worked fine. but suddenly a few days ago i started to notice that my A/C or air was not turning on. There were no lights or anything for the air. Then as i was putting gas just the other day, i also noticed that my foglights wernt working now as well. But my HIDs are still working. Is the reason my A/C wont work due to my fogs ? does it have anything to do with connecting the fogs, that the wires must have caused something to the A/C ?? what can I do to fix this problem ??? helpp !!

check your fuses

okay yeah i did and that was the problem. but once i replaced it with the other 10 amp fuse, in less than 5 sec it blew again. so im guessing the guy who installed the fogs connected it with the A/C as well and its putting out too much power. then i tried the 15 amp fuse and wow this one worked and didnt blow. my only problem is that honda says not to use higher than what they recommended so i just took it out to avoid a major electrical problem...so to get this problem fixed, where should i connect the fogs instead to balance out the power???
