Oil Cap

I went to get my oil changed today and the mechanic called me over to look at my broken oil cap. The top was broken off. All that was left was the thread part and a big hole in the middle where you can see straight into the engine. How does this happen? Now i have to go buy another oil cap. This sucks. Has anyone elses broken? WHere can I get a better looking cap then stock? I have a temporary on right now til i buy one.

Dude, are you using rocket fuel? I think somebody over tightened it (come on -it's plastic) and it finally broken off. Consider this your golden opportunity to buy a new anodized aluminum (or titanium) billet oil cap. If you get something cool send pictures!
