is having a soft clutch a problem???

i have 4k on my si now.... the clutch feels soft.... is this a problem or just normal... can i adjust the pedal to soft or hard??? this my first manual car so don't really know about manual trans. i'm just curious. hope my clutch are not gone...

soft = good all around driving suburbs, city

hard = performance, circuit/track oriented.




imagine having a stiff high performance clutch, as a daily driver - stop and go traffic, your foot would get beat up.

i'm talkin about my stock clutch... just wondering cuz its soft.. is this normal?

hey whats up i got a 2006si and my clutch is hard like its werid b.c my roommate has a 07 and its like butter what do u think that is i have about 34000 on the car ?

iono but all the 2006 sis i drove had hard clutches. but the 07s are softer.

I love the Honda clutch. My friend has an Altima SE-R and pressing that clutch is like doing a leg press.

Be happy with the softness.

Gotta love the soft clutch. On my old 81 z28, pushing that clutch in nearly required 2 legs to do it.

i got an 06 Si and i got like 26xxxmiles ryt now and i dont feel my clucth geting hard to step on it, but 07 clucth is soft when u step on it
