Weird Noise (passenger side)

Yesterday, I installed my CAI on my FG2. I only used one jackstand on the driver side to install it. After checking everything I heard a noise over by my drive belt. It sounded like garbage wrapped around a puley, but there's nothing there it's clean. The drive belt looks great no frayed edges or unravaling. A couple of my friends seem to think that it could be from the car been off balance . But they have B series motors, even though the K series motor is blue printed from the B series has anyone else had this problem or know what it could be. After, going to get some food last night I listened for it again after I got back home it wasn't there. I checked it this morning didn't hear it either. This noise is new to me but hopefully a thing of the past for someone else.
