Unhappy oil pan

so i had to removed the oil pan from my 2000 honda civic EX D16Y8
and when i was removing it, i noticed that it two bracket mounts from the transmission on the oil pan it self. i had bought a oil pan but it didnt have the mount holes for the tranny. im not sure if i have to buy it stock or what, but i need some advice on what to do... has anyone had this problem before and if so could you possibly help out?

Is this oil pan supposed to be different from stock or are you just replacing a rusty/dented pan? What transmission do you have? One may have brackets for either an auto or stick tranny, or the parts guy could have goofed up.
