How to remove plastic cover under hood

You see that black plastic cover sitting on top of the honda grill. Does anyone know how to remove it? Something is causing my car to rattle when driven at high speeds and I believe it is this plastic cover or something under it.

So, does anyone know how to remove it?

I believe that they are clips or screws ,see what you can do by reading the owners manual im sure its in there,if it isnt it should be easy to remove though.

Two clips on the outer corners and two clips on both sides of the hood latch.
Pull forward.
Done.

I can't seem to find the clips that are located in the outer corners. However I did manage to find the clips near the hood latch and I was able to successfully remove them. I drew arrows pointing to the clips that I have found.

Can someone tell me where the other clips are... and how to remove them.

I tried pulling those clips inside the green circles with my fingers but they wouldn't come out. Do I need to pry it out with some kind of tool like a screw driver with a flat head?

Yup. A flathead will get them out, but they are a bitch. Pry then out little by little, moving around the head of the clip, otherwise, it might break.

Ok, so it turns out this plastic cover was indeed the cause of my rattle when driving 75mph.

Now my problem is how do I put this cover back on so it doesn't rattle anymore...

just reinstall it, it might have been installed wrong. reinstall it and see if it's on there firmly.

When its on, just tap it a few times, then where its hitting the body, take some double sided tape and that'll cushion it.

I did put the cover back on and it still continues to rattle. I'm not sure if tape would be strong enough to hold the cover on without rattling... but I guess it doesn't hurt to try.

I meant it more for cushioning and filling in the gap.
