HELP!!! Damn moonroof is leaking....what to do?

I just bought this car brand new last week and today was the first day it rained. Of course my luck shows the moonroof has a leak somewhere. I would wipe it dry, then comeback periodically to confirm. It's on the drivers side of the moonroof rails. Is there something I could do to fix it or is it better to utilize my warranty?

Suggestions???

thanx

Come on the car is new, Take it to the dealer for a fix and if they can't fix it Call it Lemon Law.
Test it with a water hose or car wash after they fix it.

Is it not cold enough for it to snow up there right now?
Are you just messing around?

Ok, still take it to the dealer, You should not have a leak on a new car and should not have to mess with it to get it to stop leaking. They more than likely need to tweak something.

Same thing happened to me too on my 07 4dr si. There was this one day when it rained like crazy and I saw water leaking from arounud the dome light. I was like wtf?? It happened just that one day. After that when it rained the problem went away but im just wondering what that was about

look at the seal on your sunroof and check to see if it looks right..or if the rubber is folded or something

I looked at it today after work and it looked normal I guess....but what do I know...lol

I told my dealer today and he said to be sure and let service know when I drop it off to get my TSB done.

update:

They replaced the entire sunroof assembly this morning....only took them about 20 minutes. They said they noticed a small crease in the weatherstripping on the first one which was probably the cause. It rained a little today but not enough to cause any leak. I will wait to see how the new one fairs -vs- the next hard rain.
