Exclamation Wiper problems...

This just started today...but when I turn off my wipers, they will keep going for about a minute or 2. Sometimes they will stop at random places on the windshield, not in the normal "seated" position. Also when using them in the intermittant setting, they will just continuously wipe as if I had it on slow (not intermittant) even if i have it on the lowest intermittant setting.

Anyone have any problems like this? I made an appointment at the dealer for tuesday, but I wanted to see if im crazy or if anyone else has had this happen.

I would suggest checking the wiper motor relay. I left my service manual at school, so if I find more info, I'll share with you.

i'm pretty sure there is a tsb or a recall on this. take it in and have them fix it.

Sounds like the wiper switch is toast. Unless there is a wiper control module in our cars that is wacky.
