Info on who to speak with about third gear issues

I just got off the phone with Mary who took my info and assigned a case mgr to my complaint regarding the third gear mis-shifting. I called 1800-999-1009
After you get the automated system, press #5 and that will get you over tho the right person who'll document your complaint.
If you like snail-mail, here's the direct address: Honda NA 1919 Torrance Blvd. Torrance, CA 90501-2746. Their direct mail # is 500-2N-7A. If you write this on the envelope you are sending your letter to the direct spot where customer complaints are handled.
Let them be aware as I did, that you're a member of several Honda forums and what your concerns are. Be proffesional so that they take you seriously.
Mary explained to me that whoever has issues similar to mine has to individually make their case until it is determined that a recall is in order.

I'll open a ticket again as long as they don't give me the crap they gave me last time.

They told me they didn't know what I wanted them to do, because the dealership couldn't replicate it, and they've never heard of it, therefore it doesn't exist.

Nothing is going to happen, the same thing was done by RSX owners. Honda put a sh*tty transmission in both cars and won't support it.

Yeah, that must mean that no one has issues with the transmission just because you don't.

It's laughable that some people still feel the need to remind people they "don't" have problems.

Fantastic, now go enjoy V-TEC'ing like it was meant to be done, and the rest of us will continue our coup to make Honda pay for their indiscretions.

Last time I tried doing this, they demanded I drive to a few different dealerships before I could file a complaint. Shouldn't ONE dealership have the necessary qualifications to determine if I have a problem or not?

I ALREADY DID THIS....the jerk Gerald Jackson,as he called himself, never returned my calls and then when I finally spoke to him ,he closed my case.He said if the dealer wasnt able to verify, they couldnt fix it. So after that, the dealership didnt want my car in there anymore. They told me to pick it up even though I wanted them to keep test driving it.

I did this and i actually got my dealer to duplicate this problem and still supposedly waiting on a "Recall"... That will probably never happen.. :-(
