Possible Clutch Problem

I have about 800 miles on the stage 1 clutch masters. Ive noticed that when engaging the clutch from a dead stop it makes a clunk sound or a poping sound and its only a snigle pop every time it happens. I also here the noise when I am in first and second when I lightly step on the gas and then let go. (just like you would whebn driving in traffic) Note: I only hear the noise when the car is warmed up and never when its cold, even when I try to make the car do the noise. Could there be something loose? Anyone else here strange noise after installing an aftermarket clutch and flywheel? The cars shifts perfect and the clutch grabs very well, am I just being too anal about my car? Its my baby and I only want the best for her.

Is the pop coming from the pedal area? If so, a shot of lithium grease in the plunger hole will fix it (mine was doing this). If it's under the hood, no idea.
