3rd gear only pops out in the beginning for me....i.e when the cars cold.....and now that i know, i hardly grind 3rd or let it pop out.......

2nd gear ****** up on me when the car was new.....i don't know where it went now.


I have adjusted my driving accordingly.

Not that i don't believe you about this happening but that pick didn't really prove much. Give us some info about it and a pic showing the demonstator(s). Good job man if this really happened can't wait to see the news report.
.. Also be careful, i haven't taken many law classes but i remember doing an example case like this and i believe they can sue you if you make statements like this dealership sells lemons. Make sure the statements are just about your car.

What does this tell you? Are you saying that if they spin the tranny is bad?
