OP I applaud you for your efforts.

And I laugh when ppl that say it's his shifting that's wrong. I owned an 02 LX that didn't pop out of gear--NOT EVEN ONCE. Compared to this car, where it popped out once every couple of days. I bugged the crap out of the dealers. If one dealer didn't help, I moved on to a different one. I took my car in a total of maybe six times. This was when it was under 10k miles. Guess what:

A service tech grinded the gear when driving it, then fixed third gear syncro under warranty. So no it ain't my driving.

Nor is swapping the tranny fluid hardly a solution. It needs a new syncro, and has nothing to do with getting it in the gate, either. So you peanut-circus kids need to realize that it's not that you're an amazing shifter--I guess Edmunds drivers can't drive, either?

well lets set this thing up.I called the news crew and they got their in 20 minuetes.It was so funny because the guy from Honda wanted to talk to the news crew and the cameraguy told him "We were called by them, so if you want to talk to us,call yourself!!!LOL!!
I decided since this is going to arbritation , I dont want to post anymore pics. So , I am sorry you guys, but I will inform you on when Fox 6 is going to air the story. Also, like I have said in my other post,please,if you are having the same 3rd gear problem and your dealership refuses to help,then call Mr Mattes at Fox 6 news San diego. Even if you are on the other side of the country, you can help by showing them that this is not just a single case. Give him a call or go on their website.

what the EFF...

Theres a difference between grinding a gear...and changing the clutch every 2 mins.....the OP needs to learn to drive..... or he got a Lemon Clutch and another Lemon Clutch.

yeah whatever drive your car with 3rd gear not engaging at all or improperly and you will go throw clutches left and right duh h
