Man - I miss the SI - but don't miss the grind in 3rd at all.

Dude - job well done. I didn't read through all the debates of this thread - but enough to see that you got an article on the news.

I traded my Si in for a Fit - and the Si sat on the lot for months!!! It just sold - it was in perfect unmodified condition Fiji Coupe - with probably 10 coats of Zaino. I think folks are reading these forums - and staying away.

I hope Honda puts some enginnering horsepower and effort into this issue.

I wonder what's going to happen... Honda will issue a recall of it's problematic Si and RSX manual transmissions or Tsume being kidnapped by Ninjas and killed by the Yakuza in an effort to silence all Honda dissention.

I don't think there was anything false in the claim that 3rd gear or the whole transmission build has an issue. Sooooo, I believe defamation is not in play. Just ask the 200+ people that has issues with the Si alone.
