mirror scratched

my driver's side mirror got scratched the other day. Its chipped someof the paint off and left some yellow paint from whatever was hit. Do you guys think that i should get some touch up paint and fix it, or should i try to find an aftermarket mirror that will fit (carbon fiber or maybe one with a turn signal built in).

see this post - probably very similar to your situation. If it removed your paint as well - after doing the rubbing compound etc, I'd apply touch up paint in those areas followed by some clear.
