wheel bearing problem

ok i discovered my wheel bearing problem today and i found this
Honda Civics Recalled, Wheel Bearing May Fail

any people also have this problem
what should i say to the service department?

i lowered my car, can i still get free of charge to change the wheel bearing?

I don't think the fact that you're lowered will have any effect on the wheel bearing issue. Didn't Honda send you a recall notice in the mail?
