at what rpms is your car idling at? if its under ~700 you might need to reset your ecu so that it can relearn its idle settings with your change in equipment

Does the noise only happen at idle? Is it an internal engine knock?

internal knock and idle onlyyyyyyy idle stays above 700rpm
could it be that the ecu is just trying to relearn itself after taking off the piggybacks?

Hmm. The only way I can think of that the ECU could cause an engine knock would be if it was advancing the timing too far and causing detonation. If this happened the knock sensor should simply correct for it.

Did the noise start right after you removed the mods? What circuits/sensors were the piggybacks connected to? Has anything else changed recently?

happened after took of the piggybacks. both piggy backs were directly installed on the ecu's circuit i think..? not to sure if this is the case then it should fix itself?
