What ussies, and, check your V.I.N. to make sure your car is manufactutred in Canada, or if it is a State model.
TSBs affect V.I.N. ranges. I had a problem with my Civic recently. (Belt, pulleys, water pump, hydraulic tensioner and a few bolts) there was no Canadian TSB, but there was a US one. Affecting 1H VIn's and ALL DX models of 2006, mine was a 1H and a DX-G(hush Randy!) anyways, It was covered by Honda since it fell into that category, not a warranty claim, but a recall/tsb fix for FREEEEEE WEE HEE!
It's sometimes good to pritn out a US tsb and bring it in if your problem is simialr, it gives the techs a place to start.
