wheels are out of balance or you have a bent rim....

how bad is the vibration? no matter how perfect the rim and wheel balance, the steering wheel will vibrate to a certain extent (i.e. not much) because of the imperfection of the roads.

You might need to get either the fronts or rears balanced. Maybe all 4. A bent rim will aslo cause vibrations.

I rotate my tires every 7000 - 7500 miles. Rotating your tires shouldnt be necessary to get rid of the vibrations.

I rotate every 5,000 miles... now have 24K my tires still have 50% life and I keep the air pressure where it needs to be all the time...the key to long lasting tires..

could be bent or even possable ice built up on insed of rim causing it to go out of balance...you might have bent a rim on a pot hole...get it checked out...

take it back to them and tell them your problem

1. Vehicle shimmy's at highway speeds 70+
2. Vehicle pulls left after last rotation
