Loose Short Shifter

I have a corsport SS adapter and once in a while the shifts get really notchy and I have to tighten my SS. It fixes the problem but I think it's just gonna come back, I've tightened it 2 time already in about 2 months.

Since they're all pretty much the same does anyone else have this problem? should I threadlock it place?

Did you push it all the way up before tightening?

thanks for the quick replies, I guess it'll be permamnet now.

I think one of the screws fell out and is lost somewhere, should I bother replacing it?

Yes, you should. It's not permanent either, TWM gives you a small squeeze tube of non-permanent loctite.

Just dab some on the screw, and bolt the screw down. Let it dry, and you're done. Use a good smudge of it, to cover the screw, but not so much that it leaks all over the place. I coated enough for me to see the thread, but covered the valleys in between. It's still nice and snug, and it's been over a year for me.
