angled defouler

alright im sorry if this a repost

i feel kinda dumb asking

but i just got my angled o2 defouler in the mail today, and i know the straight ones you have to bore (drill) out the end. but in the angled one, do you have to bore out the end, or can i keep it as is?

i was thinking no, because it has a bend and the sensor isnt really going anywhere around the 90 degree angle, but i dont know

the only things you have to drill is if you buy a spark plug defouler. the o2 defoulers such as yours which is what i have from strutking are already made for the o2 sensor to just screw in
