1st Gear shutter?!

I havnt really paid any mind to it because it hasnt been too bad for the passed week. But today i pulled out of a mall parking lot and threw a CEL right away. As soon as i started going in 1st gear it was shuttering really bad. im at 31k right now and im going to flush my tranny real soon. do you think that would fix it or something is wrong for sure?

i dont have an OBDII reader =(

damn i dont believe it. im on my way to pepboys and the CEL is gone.. wtf. it still shutters though.

i got my reader from walmart for 60 bucks. it works like it should and u can also reset codes with it ( i fail to the the reason why people spend 200+ dollars on fancy readers)
