Weird Paint Problem

I have a GG si and i have noticed a mess up spot in my paint. It is on the base of the windsheild on the drivers side. It appears as though some of the rubber from the windsheild surroundings got on top of the paint. I plan on taking this to the dealer as soon as the rev hanging issue fix is released. Here are some pics:

Is it a chip or is it some of the rubber cement they used to seal the window? If it is the later get a clay bar and clay it off.

it is not chipped it is over the paint. I will try a clay bar, but I don't think it will come off.

If claybar doesn't working try an adhesive remover, just dont let it sit on your paint too long or it will haze your clearcoat. We use AD remover at my dealership for excesss window seal and glue.

well i took it in today and they looked at it and put their strongest stuff on it. They couldn't get it off. They explained they needed to take off the windsheild wiper cover part and buff it out and they were going to need it for the day. They then had the guts to tell me I was going to need to pay for it, and it didn't fall under a warranty repair hahaha that def didn't work with me and I ended up talking to the head guy and he said they would do it under warranty. So now I need to take it in for the 3rd time for this small crap
