Why is the emission lamp on in my car?

For some reason, the emmision orange lamp light is lighting up in my car. (06 civic lx MT) I think its because i unpluged the sensory that connects to the header and something. I don't know why I did it but now the light is always on. How do i fix this problem? thanks, please let me know....

I don't know if unplugging the battery for like 15 min and then putting it back would do it or not. It still might take a while for it to reset, or the dealership might have to do it.

i agree with webby, try disconnecting the negative battery cable for about 15 minutes. this should reset the light if the problem is fixed.
