Civic Coupe Replacement Bumper (need pics)

Hello.
On Thankgiving I hit a tire on the freeway coming home from Phoenix.
Well I had the front bumper replaced. They order it from Honda.
The bumper comes unpainted and the grill area is a flat black plastic and the rest is a shinny black primer.
On the old bumper the fog light area is also flat black to match the grill. On the replacement the fog light area is shinny black.
If there is anyone else who had there bumper replaced please post pics.
I'm I crazy?
Honda thinks so.
They say its just comes like that.I have ask to get a replacement thats the correct finnish but they say thats impossiple.
