The rear wheel bearing, yes on some models. Not sure about the seat belt though.

What are the symptoms of the wheel bearing issue?
I'm getting an inconsistent metallic grinding going over speed bumps. Sounds like a strut mount almost.
I'm also having 3rd gear issues so I'm dropping the car off today or tomorrow. When I called about the 3rd gear, they just try to play dumb like they've never heard of this issue. I had the same problem in my Accord V6/6Mt but it was out of warranty so I just went with a royal purple fluid and the problem went away.

Do a search. I have a thread I made about the rear bearing recall stickied.
