Need Electrical help

earlier today I was changing some bulbs(headlight hi's and fogs) and I had the batter disconnected, bumper off etc..... when I reconnected the battery, I forgot the key was in the ignition and it was in the "on" position(this made a pretty big spark) but I didnt think much of it. My HID's, hi's and fogs all work, but my front parking lights and my tail lights dont come on ( brake lights and signals work fine so does backup light) I have looked at the fuse diagram and cant figure out which fuse goes to those lights, and I am not even sure it is one located in either of the 2 fuse panels as I had a test light on both sides of each fuse in both panels. Not sure if it is a fuse or if the relay on the switch fried or what. I NEED HELP PLEASE
