"Shifting into first Problem"

I am having problem when I shift into first gear...I have an 07 SI 4dr with 7k miles I am worried because everytime I punch the clutch to shift in 1st it hesitates for sec or two and vibrates...going to 2nd is okay ....Does anyone know what the problem is?should I take it to the dealer?I just have and injen CAI.

just so you know Si tranny is not that great. most people are having grinding and all kind of problem. so redlining is not going to get you any farther down the road for tranny life.
