Clicking Noise
So today was the coldest day (so far this year, winter has finally arrived here in NH. I'm not sure if it's because of the weather or not but I started my car this morning and let it idle/warm up for about 10 mins in the driveway. When I came out to leave I heard a clicking noise coming from the engine compartment at the driver side of the car. I have not hear this before, is it the fuel injectors or something?
I also noticed that every time I would start up the car after stopping at a store today the engine rpms rev'd as it started, like I was pushing the gas pedal, but I wasn't. It's something else new that has never happened... |

Hi,
I just noticed a new clicking sound coming from my driver's side the other day, so I took my 07 civic coupe to the dealer and the technician had a look and told me that it's not serious, but the suspension components may be causing the problem. I'm going in again next week as the service is covered under the warranty. R18Nighthawk |
