Header question

Hi guys, im fairly new here. i used to own a dc5 so i know a little bit about the car.

Regarding the race header, is it like the dc5? will i need to get an o2 sim to get rid of the cel light?
as well as do all the race headers just bolt on to the oem catback exhaust?

I dont have a sim and I dont get a CEL
