That plugs into the 24 port harness that connects to the fuse box.

The k2motors one does not need/have the other wires just put that in for now and all the other plugs and you'd be fine.

i think the blue plug on the stock fogs turns the fog indicator on the dash on. no need to worry they will still work

Plug everything in on the outside and ground it. Inside the car, plug everthing up, put the red/white cord into the middle harness, grounded inside too.

If the wiring harness for your fogs is like the OEM harness (and I expect it is), then look at these pics from SonicK20Z's DIY Guide:
DIY: Install guide for OEM fogs...

He says it goes in the white harness below the brown wire.

Yeah, I'm using the K2 harness. You have to make sure everything is plugged in from the harness. If that doesn't work then check all of your grounds.

^^Did you only plug in the red/white wire under the brown and black wire in the middle harness?

Yeah, it doesn't come with the 2 other wires that are supposed to plug into the harness.

1 wire gives you the dash indicator (not necessary)
1 wire i think controls when you can have the fogs on (this prevents you from having the fogs on with your parking lights or high beams)
