Does Painting My Brake Calipers Red Void My Factory Warranty?

I am about to go to Auto Zone and buy some "G-2 Manufacturing Brake Caliper Paint System Set".

But will this void my warranty for my brakes?

http://www.tirerack.com/brakes/g2/caliper_paint.jsp

Is this good system and does anyone have any tips?

Here is my car:

Painting calipers is rice....my friend has a mazda 3, and he painted the calipers gold,if you want red brakes get aftermarket then. I am just saying bro,not trying to be mean or anything but its your car go ahead.

It should not void your factory warranty, but I would check with honda 1st. The only thing I can see happening is them saying it made your brakes heat up (which it does b/c that paint seals in the heat produced by the brakes) other than that you should be fine. But like i said check with a honda rep to b 100% sure. It might be a good idea to get it in writing too. Good luck let us know how it turns out. Also if you like the painted look I say go for it. Its your car do what you like not what other people say is cool or not.

i wouldn't say painting the calipers is rice, sometimes its more maintenance if anything ...mine are already starting to see some water/rusty spots .

painting would just be like getting them rustproofed, sure if you have like 500 bucks to spend on a brake kit by all means....i think painting is an easier and less time consuming way of proper maintenance

i just painted my caliper recently went with the Dupli-color (black)
if you are going to paint them i reccomend getting the kit. it comes with everything you need and is very easy to do. this is one of the cheapest mods.

I wouldn't worry about the whole warranty thing. The only way they would deny you warranty is if your calipers freeze...they could claim they were overheated due to the paint. Other than that i dunno.
