my h.i.d are rattling

i just recently installed my hids and am loving the results. but theres a problem. everytime i drive on the highway going around 65 and on, i hear sumthing rattling under my hood. at first i thought it was some of the loose bolts i didnt tightin but it wasnt. so i took my hids out and test drove my car. it didnt make the sound. then i installed it somewhere different this time. same sound. like as i drive around 70 or more, the sound gets louder and louder and eventually sound like my hood is goign to rip off. but when i haev the window down, the sound isnt that bad. so i dont noe wut else to do. i dont noe if there is a specal place to put it or wut. btw.. im put the ballis inside this metal slot rite behind the front bumper on each side. question is how to i get rid of the stupid rattling nosie. any suggestions?? thnx

Did you mount the ballasts securely in place so they dont move?

wut i did was i put 5lb hold tape on the ballas to hold it down.
